Midweight - Senior Designers (Up to £40k DOE)

Job description

We're not just looking for a designer, we want a sharp, high-level thinker that truly understands the psychology of selling, convincing and engaging through design. We’re looking for people who grasp the value that great conceptual thinking and creative execution brings to businesses, however big or small the project.


Will you be working on TV ads for Nike? No chance.

Will you be producing amazing work for great clients? Absolutely.

You need to be:

  • Creative, conceptual and commercial
  • A confident communicator who brings ideas and solutions to the table
  • Able to inspire junior designers

You need to have:

  • At least 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • A full working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your strategic and creative thinking across digital and traditional projects
