Salary: Competitive, based on ability
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Due to continued expansion at Storm, we are looking to recruit aspiring Junior/Graduate Graphic Designers.
Whether you're fresh out of education or just starting your career in graphic design, if you have a creative streak running through you like a stick of rock, a good eye for visuals, the ability to listen and learn from others and a hunger to improve your skills and master your tools, we want to hear from you.
We can teach you the tools and techniques, but you need to bring the passion for design and the drive to want to do more and do it better than anyone else.
Working as part of a full-service creative agency, you'll learn so much more than just design. Surrounded by experts in SEO, copywriting, marketing, social media and programming, you'll be exposed to every imaginable aspect of creative marketing and design.
We'll guide you and give you the opportunity to grow, but you'll need to be committed to learning and want to capitalise on the training provided to deliver the goods in a commercially driven environment. You'll need to be able to take constructive criticism on board to progress your skills and agency life isn't 9-5, so you'll need to be flexible and dedicated to getting the job done, but the rewards are great.
We're the No1 agency in Essex - as voted by our clients in the Drum Recommends Awards - so you'll be learning from the best in the area. You'll get to work on London-grade clients and projects without the commute. We'll teach you strategic thinking and you'll get to contribute to the full creative agency spectrum of output. Our perks a second-to-none, but perhaps most importantly, you'll be proud of the varied work you do every day.
If you're ready for the challenge and can 100% commit to this role, submit your creative portfolio, CV and covering letter now.
