Digital Marketing Administrator

Salary: £20K-£23K (Dependent on Experience) 

Location: Leigh-on-Sea, Essex

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Administrator. As a vital member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting all digital marketing efforts and driving our clients’ marketing objectives forward.

Responsibilities:
You will be providing fundamental administrative support to the digital marketing department, including:

• Assisting in the setup and execution of promotional campaigns across various digital channels.
  
• Supporting the team in managing email and lead generation campaigns; this will involve setup, testing and reviewing.
  
• Setting up paid media accounts and social channels for clients, whilst researching and identifying opportunities for other digital platforms and how these can be utilised.
  
• Helping to create reports, learning to analyse the data and providing insights to optimise campaign performance.
  
• Monitoring clients' social and digital channels to support engagement and interaction. And where required, assisting with any content edits or optimisation as directed by the team.
  
• Collaborating with the digital, content and strategy departments to ensure that there’s cohesive execution of all clients’ marketing initiatives.
  

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar digital marketing role.

• Strong organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and support multiple priorities and deadlines in a very busy digital environment.

• Passion for the industry and a genuine interest in wanting to learn and take on new challenges.

• Familiarity with CRM, email and reporting tools is highly desirable.

• Experience with paid advertising platforms and understanding campaign metrics, is a plus.
