B2B Copywriter/Content Specialist (Salary DOE)

We’re looking for smart, switched-on copywriters to work in our dedicated LinkedIn marketing team. You will take on the role of high-profile individuals across numerous industries. You will live, breathe, research, think and write as they would, to engage, grow and build professional relationships across a highly targeted network. You will work with the strategy team to prepare and deliver professionally captured interviews, collating the information you need to create content that engages, informs and entertains – but never sells. It’s your job to help position them as a thought leader and enhance their personal brand.

 

This is not a ‘social media’ role. This is a proper B2B content marketing role which requires a business brain and someone that thinks just that bit deeper. Sees things differently. Researches thoroughly. And gives their all to anything put in front of them.

 

You need to have emotional and practical intelligence. A willingness to immerse yourself in complex and sometimes mundane subjects. Be confident with clients and articulate their insights in a creative way, always remaining true to their tone of voice. Above all, you will be an integral part of the strategic team and you will help them make great things happen.
 

Requirements

Day-to-day:

  • Heavy involvement in content planning, filming, creation and publishing
  • Create of short and long-form expert-written pieces
  • Have input in the direction of asset visuals (along with the wider team)
  • Input/give feedback on content schedule
  • Distribute manually uploaded and automated content pieces
  • Ongoing connections, engagement, listening and feeding back insights
  • Undertake multiple writing styles and personas

Experience & Skills:

  • Educated to degree level (English, Journalism, Business or Marketing degrees preferred)
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your writing abilities
  • A genuine interest in business and marketing
  • Tech and social savvy with a hunger to keep on top of trends
  • Highly organised self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • Works well under high pressure, in isolation and within a team
  • Finds the insight/story/angle in any interview
